I just wanted to say what a fantastic job you & your company have done for me. We have had what I can only describe as a completely painless & magical transformation of our tired & outdated 90’s family bathroom into a sparkling new teenage haven for my lucky daughter! Nothing has been too much effort with you & your staff turning up on time every day. All your team were polite, tidy & reliable. The work came in exactly to your estimate & was finished to a very high standard…& I am VERY fussy! I have no hesitation in recommending Essex Fitters for all aspects of bathroom rejuvenation. I just need to save up for a new kitchen now so I will be back!

I've been reading some of the reviews that have been left and I can vouch for all that have been said. Simon and his team are truly professional. Simon is very organised, methodical and finishes the job to high standards. He is obsessed with quality and perfection. His team, especially Martyn and Jack are so reliable that we left the house to them to carry on with work while we had been away for a week. His team is innovative and accommodative. We were amazed the speed and the quality of the work. 'Above and beyond', 'professional', 'always cheerful', 'great attitude' are some of the adjectives I would like to use to describe their team. It was pure luck that we found Essexfitters online, especially when we didn't have any reference, but now after seeing their quality of work, we would strongly recommend them to anyone without hesitation. We had a lot of work done, a garage conversion, en suite and bathroom and it just feels like a different house. But it's all that we imagined and more! We initially chose Essex fitters because of Simon's passion and enthusiasm at the work involved and would 100% recommend them. They were all always chatty and smiling. Always on time and happy to help. Things were always explained to us clearly and every step of the way. I love the new rooms and am so glad it's all finished but we will miss these guys! Simon and his wonderful team have done quite a lot of work on my property (several bathrooms/ new kitchen). They work to a very high standard. Simon was very accomodative of all our requests with the project. They are such a lovely bunch -always put a smile on your face. Always very helpful. They even changed a tyre for my wife's car as she was late to work and had to drop the children off to school! This was one small example of how caring they are as a group. There was visible progress everyday with each one of the projects. He doesn't mess about- gets the work done to a high standard on time as promised (don't see that very often these days) They are very trustworthy. Simon is currently doing projects in several of my friends place and they all have only nice things to say about the quality of his work and how good his team is. Keep up the good work guys! A fantastic company. From the word go, Simon and his team were punctual, efficient and friendly. Within hours of contacting them, Simon had visited our ensuite, shared ideas on how best to redesign the space and given me absolute confidence that they could deliver the work to the highest standard.
We were not disappointed. Each member of the team is polite, friendly and hard working. Meticulous attention to detail and always on hand to answer any questions/discuss any queries. Joey and Ashley worked hard all week, and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day.
Following the completion of our ensuite, we had a slight hiccup with our heating (turned out not to be any fault of Essex Fitters). Jamie returned the same evening and stayed until 9pm to ensure that the issue was resolved and all was sorted.
We are absolutely blown away with our ensuite - we couldn't have hoped for anything better! We love using it and are looking forward to having our main bathroom renovated in due course.

From the first visit to completion day we received outstanding service from Essex Fitters. A completely personalised service that was tailored to what were needed. Simon and his team have such a holistic understanding of what high standard products are available to meet their customers needs and requests. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the end results, nothing that we ever expected and more than we ever expected! Who would known that having people in your home each day could be such an enjoyable thing? The team arrived early each day and worked so hard throughout each day. There was minor disruption resulting in major results, their attention to detail and high standard of finish was second to none, not often customers can say they felt listened too and providers didn’t give realistic and not profit led suggestions. We Cannot recommend Essex Fitters enough, if we were to find a downfall, it would be that we didn’t find them a few years ago when we had the kitchen refitted!
